-
Kirsten Ebey - Board President
A serial entrepreneur & outspoken Algiers Point community member, Kirsten (KE) joined the Bounyful Green Market board at a time when no one knew whether or not it would continue. With BGM, she focuses on the long-term strategy & marketing pieces, supported by her business acumen and strong board member support. In everyday life, KE loves hanging with her kids, husband, and dogs while exploring everything Algiers Point, & Greater New Orleans has to offer.
-
Jessica Jones-Langford - Treasurer
Jessica is the financial powerhouse behind Bounyful Green Market, bringing her expertise as a numbers whiz and small business and nonprofit incubator to the board. Beyond crunching numbers, she’s a fantastic lagniappe mom to her daughters and dog mom to Nola and Kaia. When she’s not at the market, you’ll find Jessica helping Charlie design fragrances, riding with the Krewe of Cleopatra, or pursuing her passion for efficiency and excellence in everything she does!
-
Sarah Stone
Sarah is the go-to legal expert for the Bounyful Green Market, providing invaluable guidance on the board’s legal and business decisions. Her wealth of knowledge helps steer what the market can and can’t do, making her an indispensable resource for the team. When she’s not offering her insights, you’ll find Sarah out and about exploring the city or relaxing at home with her family and her adorable pets.
-
Charlie Langford
Charlie serves as the Vendor Liaison and Representative for the Bounyful Green Market, using his structured problem-solving skills honed in the Navy to help the board manage tasks efficiently. From maintaining the website and social media to keeping vendors informed through timely emails, Charlie ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When he’s not working for the board, Charlie designs fragrances for his candle business, Charlie’s Waxworks, and spends quality time with his daughters and dogs.
-
Bill Tucker
Bill plays a vital role on the Bounyful Green Market Board as a Vendor Liaison and Representative. He focuses on vendor approvals and maintaining market rosters, drawing on his years of experience as a market vendor to provide invaluable insights into what vendors and patrons want most. The board greatly values Bill’s expertise and perspective. When he’s not working with the board, Bill can be found baking his signature sweet treats or creating stunning paintings and portraits.
-
Tux, the Market Cat
Tux, affectionately known as "Market Cat," is the resident feline of our market lot and a beloved part of the Bounyful Green Market family. Since learning his real name, we feel even closer to our unofficial mascot! Tux can often be found roaming the market, charming vendors and visitors alike. Beware of his signature move: offering his belly for rubs. It’s a trap! Once you’re in, he’s ready to play—with claws out, of course. He means well, but he’s still a cat, after all. Keep an eye out for Tux at your next visit!
